In an ongoing effort to assist businesses interested in selling to the government, the New York City Department of Small Business Services APEX Accelerator offers this six-part Contract Management Series.

This Webinar will provide participants with an overview in identifying key project management tasks, best practices and techniques required for successful contract delivery.

The participants will learn how to embrace the mindset of a project manager and offer insight into the fundamentals of project management for the successful completion of a contract.

Courses are available on core topics in entrepreneurship, including business planning, financing, and marketing, and are accessible in multiple languages, including Spanish, Chinese, and Russian.
