About this event

MWBE firms will learn how to start navigating the government procurement landscape via a subcontractor role. Firms will be taught best practices as a subcontractor and ways in which it can help establish themselves in the government procurement environment as they sustainably grow their business.

In this workshop, MWBE businesses will understand how to leverage subcontracting opportunities for growth. It covers the advantages and disadvantages of subcontracting: guiding businesses in making informed decisions. Participants will learn tips for increasing market share and mitigating risk while navigating subcontracting relationships. The course emphasizes the importance of due diligence in selecting reliable partners and explores best practices for successful subcontracting.
