Teaching MWBE businesses how to use PASSPort, the MWBE Online Directory, and SBS Connect for government procurement opportunities. We will touch on the key points of each profile, how and when to utilize them, and provide them with tips and tricks.

This workshop will teach MWBE certified businesses how to leverage different NYC profiles such as: PASSPort, the MWBE Online Directory, and SBS Connect for their government procurement journey. Initially, we will talk about how to optimize each profile to best leverage their business. We will touch on the importance of staying up to date and organized within each of NYC Business Profile with an emphasis on topics such as commodity codes and past performance. Then, finally, we will discuss the importance of maintaining an up-to-date profile and strategies to do so.

The NYC SBS offers free business courses to guide NYC entrepreneurs as they start, operate, and grow their businesses. Courses are available on core topics in entrepreneurship, including business planning, financing, and marketing, and are accessible in multiple languages, including Spanish, Chinese, and Russian.
