SBS-APEX: RFP Lab – Responding with Confidence

Every day, the government buys billions of dollars’ worth of goods and services from businesses. In an ongoing effort to assist businesses interested in selling to the government, the New York City Department of Small Business Services APEX Accelerator offers Technical Assistance.

This workshops equips participants with the knowledge and tools to navigate the RFP process, strategically evaluate opportunities, and submit competitive proposals.

Responding to RFPs can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to quickly evaluate whether an opportunity is worth pursuing, and then craft a compelling, compliant proposal that aligns with the agency’s goals.

We’ll break down real examples and walk you through a checklist-driven workflow, from decision-making to submission. Whether you’re new to proposals or ready to level up your current process, this session will save you time and boost your submission rate.
