Every day, the government buys billions of dollars’ worth of goods and services from businesses. In an ongoing effort to assist businesses interested in selling to the government, the New York City Department of Small Business Services APEX Accelerator offers this six-part Contract Management series.

Managing human resources effectively is critical for government contractors working with NYC agencies. From labor law compliance to workforce management and conflict resolution, a strong HR strategy ensures project success, legal compliance, and a productive workforce.
